Founding partners

The three founding equity partners are an experimented team with more than twenty years of experience in the hi-Tech electronics industry joining complementary competencies (technical, marketing, finance and executive management). They already worked together in previous companies, they know each other very well and they acquired a strong expertise in new technologies’ development for high volume markets.
The three of them have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and motivation.

The three co-founders have establishing a long-term relationship with the CEA-Grenoble by developing joined R&D programs with the LETI and the LITEN during their previous positions.


Jean-Yves Gomez, experimented CEO in the Hi-Tech electronics industry (microelectronic and equipment) for multinational groups and PME (small and medium company) for 26 years.

Jean-Yves Gomez, aged 50, is specialized in the management of disruptive technologies and the optical industry with 26 years’ experience.

He worked for STMicroelectronics (previously Thomson Semi-conducteurs, becoming SGS- Thomson Microelectronics) in 1984 as Components Test Manager at Saint-Egrève site, before managing the Analog Specific Product Engineering activity.
Named CEO Deputy for the Mobile Phone Division, he sealed solid partnerships with the first three worldwide actors of this market, particularly Nokia. Then he became Vice-President for the Personal Multimedia Group, managing the Analog and Digital TV Division with the mission to position ST among the leaders in the new digital TV market.
In 2004, considering his success, he was named Vice-President for the Mobile Multimedia and Consumer Group to manage Imaging Division. A new strategic challenge for ST where Jean-Yves succeeded to develop a portfolio of micro-camera modules including mechanical and optical sensors to provide a complete solution to various markets such as mobile phone, automotive and medical applications.

Jean-Yves Gomez then became CEO of Vi TECHNOLOGY (Automated Optical Inspection equipment manufacturer for the electronic industry).

End of 2010, he left VIT Group to become the CEO of ISORG.


Emmanuel Guérineau, experienced CFO in the Hi-Tech industry (electronics, internet and industrial equipment).
Expertness in R&D programs building and follow-up which is in perfect adequation with ISORG industrial project.

Emmanuel Guérineau, aged 43, is graduated from IAE of Bordeaux with a DESS of Financial Control and Internal Audit. He also holds a Master degree in Accounting and Finance and a DESCF.

During his career, started in 1992 in a consulting and audit firm Price Waterhouse Coopers, he is Human Resource & Financial Director in international and innovative PME/PMI.
He developed by experience various competencies in accounting, fiscal policy, legal, cash flow, innovation funding, international development and human resources. He also used to be administrator of several companies including subsidiaries. He realized the IPO of a PME. He was handling the financial communication, public relations with the AMF and the investors of a quoted company.

He was previously Human Resource & Financial Director at VIT Group, equipment manufacturer for the electronic industry, where he is focusing on the follow-up and funding of innovation programs and the support to the international development.

Emmanuel Guérineau left his position end of March 2011 to devote all of his time to ISORG as Finance & Programs Director.


Laurent Jamet, senior Business Development in the Hi-Tech electronics industry (microelectronic) and the technological textile industry in a multinational group and PME.

Laurent Jamet, aged 45, is an INP Grenoble engineer (electronic) and graduated from Grenoble Business High School (DESS of international business).

He joined STMicroelectronics at Grenoble in 1990 as designer. Quickly he handled various positions within ST as Marketing Manager for the Analog Products dedicated to wireless terminals, and then he became Business Development Director for his major customer Nokia. At the same time he was managing the development of new technologies for Nokia, including technologies developed internally by ST and transferred externally by research organizations and international start-ups.

In 2007, he was named Business Development Director for Smart Textiles at SOFILETA (Bourgoin-Jallieu).

He joined the CEA  LITEN in 2010 as project holder for ISORG spreading and creation.
