CEA LITEN is the French Laboratory of Innovation for New Energy Technologies and Nanomaterials located in Grenoble. It is one of the most important research centers in Europe.

CEA LITEN is one of  the major research center in organic electronics technology with an important range of means and resources:

• a Printed Components Laboratory in Grenoble,
• a large portfolio including more than 25 patents,
• a 50 men-year’s activity in printed electronics research working on conductive and semiconductor materials and process, organic photodiodes, organic transistors and passive components, printed LED, printed battery, nano tubes and nano wires technology.

CEA LITEN was the first research organization completing low voltage CMOS logic in fully printed process.


CEA LITEN is the strategic research partner of ISORG to develop advanced materials, devices and manufacturing process solutions.

An ambitious program has been started by CEA LITEN to complete a leading edge printed electronics pilot line in Grenoble. This center offers to ISORG state-of-the-art equipment for laser ablation, screen printing, gravure printing, spray coating, inkjet printing and coating line. CEA LITEN contributes to short time-to-market for new product development.
